Workout and Movies.

This week was amazing keeping active during quarantine. We also watched a whole bunch of movies that had great morals to them.

As some of y'all know due to the virus we our quaratined in our house and only one person is allowed to go out on a specific day. Since we can't go to the gym to exercise, my brother and I made exercises to keep us fit and occupied. This week we did things like a lot of burpees, push-ups, dips, sit-ups and more. After one exercise we did, we felt like we just got hit by a dump truck. I could feel my muscles jumping and I could hardly recover my breath. As I think about us working out, it reminds me of 1Corinthians 6:19-20. This verse states that our body is temple of the Holy Spirit that lives in us and the end of the verse clearly commands us to glorify God with our body. I encourage you to try our workout for 30 minutes, feel how good it is to workout, and most importantly glorify God with your body. Tell me how it went after you do it.

Here are the two workouts...choose your weapon wisely...

As a family we watched movies almost every night. We watched one called "The Decision of Faith" and another called "The Green Mile". They both had great morals. "The Decision of Faith" was about making a choice to follow God even when the road gets rocky under your feet. The other movie, "The Green Mile", was smothered in love and not judging a book by its cover. These were great movies. You should watch them.

P.S. Thank you for reading my blog it means a lot to me. God bless y'all .
