THE HARDEST, YET BEST WEEK IN QUARINTENE

Hey guys, this week has been absolutely awesome. This week my mom has helped me look at and apply to a college. I was going to apply to three colleges, but I felt God calling me to apply to one. I've never applied for anything big, and I'm telling you what, applying to colleges is a job and a half. They ask you almost every question that anyone has ever asked you from the time that you were born. It was a good experience though, and my mom helped me through it. I was going to go to a non-acredited school, but I learned that when people look at your transcript later in life, it's not as good as an actual university. I applied to Dallas Baptist University because its smaller than public colleges, and I have friends there that would help me if I needed it. I'm also applying for scholarships, and that is also a job and a half because I'm trying to get all the money I can to help with this college. It's private, so it's more expensive than ususal, but if God wants me there, he will provide the way. I'm super excited, but also nervous at the same time. I can't wait to go there next August, and have a new experience in life. Before I even looked at colleges, I knew that I wanted to go for a degree in music. What I didn't know, was that now, the music degrees are music business degrees. I was blessed with a side blessing of a degree in music and in business. Along with learning theory of music, how to perform and record, they will teach how to manage my own recording studio, how to account, the laws of copywriting, and how to manage my own business. A lot of times, people asked me in the past "What are you going to do with a degree in music. That's a really risky thing to do." Now I can say that I'm going for a degree in music business. God suprised me, and I can't wait to go there. Another side blessing is that since I'm in a country that is on lockdown, the colleges said that I don't have to take the ACT, or any admission tests!!!

This is how you do campus tours when you live in Honduras and the college is in the states....

This week, I took a test for my first part of my Spanish and I scored a 98%. The errors that I got wrong were errors that I should have known. Now I have moved on to another past tense that is for a one time action. I'm soooooooooo happy that I am where I am in Spanish, and I thank God for my abilities.

This is a homework assignment I had recently...

I have some super exciting and awesome news. We're moving to ROATAN!!!!! I've always wanted to live there since we went there last October to serve, and now we're going. We will be helping at the rehab, the same one we helped last October, with Celebrate Recovery.

This is us at the rehab last October...

Thank y'all soooo much for reading this blog, and I'll talk to y'all next week.
