SUPER EXCITING NEWS!!!
Hi guys, what's up? I hope y'all are doing well. This week has been an amazing week for me.
Last week, when I blogged about going to Roatan, I thought that we had to get a covid test up our noses. When I found out that the rapid covid test was only a blood test, I was so happy. I thought that those people were going to have to shove a swab up my naisal cavity and take matter out of my brain. But thanks to God, it was only a blood test. Now we are here in Roatan, and the view here is awesome. I was so excited that for the past two days, I wasn't able to sleep. I've always said that I wanted to live at the beach, and God blessed me. Were not on the beach YET, but I hope that God lets us get one. I love the island, and I can't wait to see all of the island.

More exciting news that I have, is that I GOT ACCEPTED TO DBU!!! Within 72 hours, they emailed us and said that they had exciting news for me. When I called them, they told me that I was accepted. I about flipped my lid. I was dancing and singing my little heart out. The crazy thing is that I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO TAKE AN ACT!! They said that since I lived in a country that was on lockdown with no ACT able to be taken, then that's okay. I'm still pumped, and next August, I will be going to Dallas, Texas. I can't wait to have a new experience, and to learn more about music.

Things ministry-wise are good. I have five more Spanish classes, and I am very satisfied with how far I have come. Of course, there is a LOT MORE that I need to learn, but I am happy that I learned this much. As soon as we arrived here to Roatan, the pastor asked me if I wanted to lead worship at his church called R-church. I immediately said yes. I can't wait to start, because I love leading worship. It's my passion. While I am here for the next 10 months, I hope to help with a Celebrate Recovery at the rehab. The rehab here is awesome, and I can’t wait to start helping. Once I start helping, I’ll post more pictures.
Thank y'all for reading my blog, and I will talk to y'all next week. I hope that y'all are doing well with the corona virus over there.
