Spanish Test and Gardening
Whew! This morning for Spanish school I did the book 2 test and I got an 82%. Let me tell you it was pretty hard, because all the questions are in spanish. Also, they test you on everything you've learned in that book And book 2 is 117 pages long. Before taking the test I felt confident and nervous at the same time. It was a good test and I learned for the next one, I need to study a little longer.
This shows the thickness of Book 2...

This past week we've had fun, but my favorite part of this week was learning how to garden Honduran style. We learned from our neighbor who helps take care of the land, how to fertilize corn. Also, we dug 10 holes for planting bananas, and learned how to pick and plant yuca. I had fun seeing how God created plants that reproduce. I am one day going to write and possibly publish a Honduran farmers almanac on how and when to plant and cultivate farm grown food. This made my week and maybe soon you'll see an farmers almanac written by Guenther Adams. That's about all I did this week. Quiz: What kind of vegetable is yuca?
Here's photos of us gardening corn, yuca, and bananas...
