SPANISH CLASSES
Hi guys. How's it going? I hope that everything with y'all is going well. This week was very interesting because I started Spanish classes again, but online. Doing classes online is very different from doing it face to face. Face to face is a lot better because you get to talk to your teacher and build more of a relationship with them. Also, there isn't technological difficulties when you talk face to face in a classroom with a teacher. It is fine online, and my teacher is doing a recap of what I learned to see if I have lost any of my Spanish or not. I have to say, I have lost a little bit of my Spanish, but I'm happy that it's not a lot. I lost some Spanish because I have not taken Spanish classes in 8 weeks, and we've been in quarantine the whole time. I think that I didn't lose that much Spanish because I only know a few verb tenses (present, imperfect, and a tiny bit of future). I love taking Spanish classes because I love learning the language. I can't wait to learn more, and use more. I'm glad that I get to learn more Spanish, and I'm also glad that we have the technology to do Spanish online.

This week was also very interesting because in Honduras, there are power outages, especially when it rains. Last night, we had a MEGA STORM. I mean a huge one. The power outage came right before we were eating, so we had to use candles and flashlights to see our food. Right when we were done eating the power came back on. That wasn't our first time eating in the dark, and it definitely won't be the last.

NOW FOR THE SONG OF THE WEEK: Remember to comment on it, and tell me what you think about it.
The song for this week is "See a Victory" by Elevation Worship.
English version....
Spanish version...
I absolutely love this song because it tells about the power of our God. There is a part in the song that says "There's power in the mighty name of Jesus, every war He wages He will win. I'm not backing down from any giants, 'cause I know how this story ends." This says that God does not fail, and we don't need to be afraid. The chorus says that we will see a victory because the battle belongs to the Lord. If we remember this, we can fight any battle that we have, and do it with confidence because we know that the battle is the Lord's.
Thank y'all so much for reading my blog, and tell me what y'all think about the song.
