How God is using Me in Honduras...
Hey guys, it's Messiah. This week I'm going to talk about how God uses me in Honduras. I am really blessed that I can be an influence where I am. All of these opportunities revolve around worship music to the God, and I am so greatful for that.
When I first got here, I got the opportunity to help lead worship at my church that I attend here in Roatan Honduras (R Church located in West Bay). I jumped on this because I love to sing and worship to God. I also remembered singing and playing the guitar with my friends Ceejay and Rob last October. I have such a great time because I get to sing with a great team that I am so glad to sing with. We all have such a great time playing and practicing, and hanging out. Everytime I step into the church, I just love it because I get to worship, and hear separate voices make one melody that brings God glory. Some people think that they can't sing, but it doesn't matter if you're on key or not because God still loves it, and it sounds beautiful to him. It's a pleasant aroma. For most of you, y'all know that my guitar has come to be my best friend. Every time I touch the cold metalic strings, and strum a chord, it makes me happy. Worshipping is one of my favorite things to do.

Another way God is using me is at youth group. On Friday nights, we have youth group on the other side of the island in Oak Ridge, Roatan, Honduras. I go there to attend youth group, and help lead worship with Ceejay, a youth leader named Rachel, and her fiance Wilgen. I'm happy that I get to help lead worship at the youth group because I love worshipping. Sometimes, I have to sing in Spanish, so now I have to look up more Spanish songs. When we sing in Spainish, the voices are also beautiful to hear. I also love seeing different faces in the youth group, and I try to make friends with all of them.

Another cool way that God is using me is by leading worship fully in Spanish on Monday nights. On Mondays, we are helping with Celebrate Recovery at the rehab. When we go there, I sing in Spanish, but soon, I'm going to sing some songs in English. Most of the people know English and Spanish, but about 3 know only Spanish. Monday nights are always cool, and I enjoy my times there. I usually keep my eyes closed when I worship because I know that it's about God. I know that up until about a year ago, after being a Christian for four years, I stood like a pole when I sang and worshipped, but not any more. I love worshiping and serving at the Celebrate Recovery at the rehab.

SONG OF THE WEEK...
The song for this week is "Rattle" by Elevation. Here's the link...
This song is absolutely awesome because it has the awesomness of the electric guitar, such a great meaning, and because it's sang by Elevation. I love the part where it says "Since when has impossible ever stopped you" and the part "My God is mighty to save and deliver and heal and restore anything that he wants to/ Just ask the man who was thrown on the bones of Elijah if theres anything that he can't do." I love those parts because it expresses the all powerful greatness of Christ. The song is pretty long, but it is super awesome.
Thank y'all for reading my blog. Hope you liked It, and I hope you listened to the WHOLE song. Talk to y'all next week.
