HEALTH, HARD WORKOUTS, and SONG OF THE WEEK
What's up guys? Sorry for being late. I'm going to try my best to be on time because that's a commitment that I made to those who read my blog every week.
I hope that y'all are doing great. This week has been a lot better than the last. Last week, if y'all read my blog, I was deathly (not really) sick. Thanks to God though, I am better. A lot better!!!
This week, we've been working out at home everyday, Monday-Saturday. Most of the workouts are absolutely hard and hot. Here in Honduras, the climate is hot. I'm talking about mid to upper 80's, but it feels about 100 degrees. There's sometimes when I'm tired and bend down, I water the grass with my sweat. It burns my eyes and tickles as it drips off my nose. My favorite workouts are the "decks of death." Each suit is a different workout, and whatever the number is is how many times you need to do that exercise. The face cards are 10 times each, and the ace is 11 times. The joker is a harder workout that has to be done 20 times.

NOW FOR THE SONG OF THE WEEK:Remember to comment on it, and tell me what you think about it.
This week, the song is "Clean" by Hillsong United.
I absolutely LOVE this song because it tells how the precious blood of Jesus has left us clean. My favorite part is the first part that says "Precious blood has left me forgiven/ Pure like the whitest of snow/ Powerful to make sin and shame retreat/ His covenant is making me whole."This says that we are forgiven and made clean by the precious blood of Jesus. It also tells us that with Jesus, sin and shame will retreat from us. So, no matter what we have done, God is ready and eager to make us clean, and to forgive us. PLEASE listen to the whole song. It's not that long, and it's great. P.S. Taya Smith, the one who sings this song, is my second favorite singer, after Benjamin Hastings. I love Hillsong music, so my top 5 singers are from Hillsong.
Thank y'all sooooo much for reading my blog, and I'm so happy that I feel better. I will talk to y'all next week.
